About me
I’m Dr. Kim Lumzy, an educator, mentor, speaker, and instructional leader with nearly two decades of experience serving students, teachers, and school communities. I hold a Doctorate in Educational Administration (P–12) from the University of Southern Mississippi. I have dedicated my career to helping all learners succeed through high-quality instruction, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to continuous growth. My passion lies in literacy, teacher development, student achievement, leadership, and creating positive school cultures where both students and educators can thrive. Throughout my career, I have served in various leadership roles, including mentor teacher, grade-level chair, district task force member, and instructional leader, helping educators use data-driven practices to improve outcomes for students.Whether you’re an educator looking for fresh ideas, a leader seeking collaboration, or someone navigating life’s next chapter, I’d love to connect and learn from your experiences as well. My goal is simple: to educate, empower, encourage, and leave every person and place better than I found it. ❤️📚✨
